January 5, 1933 – August 3, 2016

On August 3, 2016 Arthur (Chuckie) Battistella found his way home.

His time on earth ended peacefully surrounded by the ones he loved most in life. Born on January 5, 1933 in New Orleans, Chuckie lived life to its fullest every day. He enjoyed friends and family and never spoke an unkind word toward nor about anyone. He was always so full of positive energy and happiness and wore a smile that would make everyone else around happy too.

He was a graduate of St. Aloysius high school in New Orleans.

He worked and lived for many years between New Orleans and his beloved Empire, Louisiana, spending his final years in Covington.

He was an honest man of character and high ethical and moral values. He was always willing to offer a helping hand to any and all. He enjoyed traveling especially out west with his family.
